Raisoni Education is hiring for a Training and Placement Officer for G.H. Raisoni University, Amravati.

Industry: Higher Education / Universities (highly common in India)

Core Purpose: Lead the campus placement cell, establish relationships with corporate employers, and train students to maximize their employability.

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Relations: Network with HR professionals and executives to invite top-tier companies for campus recruitment drives.
- Student Skill Development: Organize mock interviews, aptitude test preparations, soft skills training, and group discussions.
- Drive Execution: Manage the complete logistics of campus placement drives, including schedules, student eligibility, and interviewer panels.
- Internships & Industrial Visits:



Facilitate summer internships and industry visits to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical work culture.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain detailed compliance records of student profiles, selectees, and institutional metrics.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: MBA or Master's degree in any discipline
- Experience: 3–5+ years in corporate recruitment, campus relations, or university placement administration.
- Key Skills: Exceptional negotiation and public speaking skills, robust database management, and a robust network of industry contacts.
