Trainer Skincare & Professional Treatments.

We are looking for a Trainer who will inspire, empower, and represent the brand with passion and excellence, someone who not only teaches, but transmits knowledge, confidence, and emotion.

Your missions:

- -Conduct professional training sessions for spas, beauty institutes, and retail partners, ensuring perfect understanding of our brand identity, products, and marine-based skincare concept
- -Deliver hands-on demonstrations and treatment protocols, showing the art of professional skincare through precision, elegance, and care
- -Participate in events, product launches, and workshops to promote the brand and share expertise with partners and clients
- -Ensure follow-up training and continuous coaching for partners, reinforcing knowledge retention and consistency in the experience




- -Provide regular feedback and reports on training outcomes and team performance
- -Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create robust synergy between education, performance, and brand visibility

Your profile:

- Diploma or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or skincare
- A natural communicator and educator, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in luxury skincare or spa training will be a strong advantage
- Dynamic, confident, and passionate about transmitting knowledge and engaging audiences
- Able to travel frequently across India for training sessions, demos, and events
- Fluent in English
