Role Description The Trainer – Oracle role is a part-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The trainer will design and deliver Oracle-related courses, including fundamentals and advanced topics, to students and professionals in classroom settings.

Responsibilities include preparing structured lesson plans, creating and updating training materials, presenting lectures and demonstrations, and guiding learners through hands-on exercises and real-time project scenarios. The trainer will conduct assessments, provide constructive feedback, support learners’ exam preparation and job readiness, and participate in workshops, seminars, or special training batches as needed.



The role may also involve coordinating with academic and corporate partners, aligning content with industry requirements, and staying current with Oracle technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge, with familiarity in database concepts, Oracle technologies, and related software tools.
- Candidates should possess Teaching and Lecturing skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, manage classroom sessions, and adapt delivery to diverse learning styles.
- Candidates should possess Training experience, covering curriculum design, practical lab setup, learner assessment, and mentoring for certifications or job readiness.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, preferably with hands-on experience in Oracle-based applications, SQL/PLSQL, and real-world implementation projects.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and an orientation toward learner success are essential.
- Prior experience as a technical trainer, corporate instructor, or faculty member in Oracle or related database technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours for different batches and willingness to update skills in line with evolving Oracle product features and industry practices.
