: MICRO FINANCE EXECUTIVE TRAINER

Organization: Ambuja Foundation Location: Jaitaran/Udaipur (Rajasthan) Reporting to: SEDI Principal Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

Ø Excellent Knowledge of Microfinance operations and rural finance.

Ø Regularly assess and evaluate trainee performance

Ø Conduct training programs for rural youth on Joint Liability Groups (JLG), Self Help Groups (SHG), and basic banking concepts.

Ø Train participants on savings, credit management, and use of banking products such as loans, deposits, and digital payments.

Competencies

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to interact and engage with trainees of diverse backgrounds.

· Strong analytical skills to assess training outcomes and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking & Financial Services, Economics, Commerce,



Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Education, Social Sciences, Rural Development, or any other relevant discipline.

· Candidates with a Diploma/Certification in Microfinance, Banking, Financial Literacy, Rural Finance, or Training & Facilitation will be preferred.

Experience

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Microfinance, Banking, Financial Inclusion, Rural Finance, BFSI training, or Training & Facilitation.

· Experience in conducting classroom/field-based training programs and evaluating trainee performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
