As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions to our clients, covering various aspects of BPM. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive training sessions on BPM concepts and best practices.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of our clients.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees during workshops and training events.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training materials.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Assurance team to align training with project requirements.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with trainees to improve training effectiveness.
- Create and maintain training documentation and resources for future reference.
- Assist in developing and implementing training evaluation processes.
- Support the team in identifying and addressing any training-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPM training or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of BPM concepts and methodologies.
