We are looking for an experienced Life Insurance trainer to own the complete learning and productivity journey of our DWA sales team from Day-1 induction to consistent month-on-month sales performance. This is not a classroom-only role. You will be measured on what your trainees sell, not just what you teach. You will design the training charter, run the calendar, partner with insurer training teams, and be a visible driver of frontline productivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Induction of New Joiners: Design and deliver the structured induction program for all new joiners in the DWA channel — covering life insurance fundamentals, products, sales process, systems and compliance.
- 0–3 Month Productivity: Own the 0–3 month productivity ramp of every current hire. Conduct regular touch-point sessions, on-floor interventions, call/pitch reviews and one-on-one coaching to ensure new joiners activate early and hit their first-quarter productivity targets.
- Refresher Trainings: Run periodic refresher programs for the existing team on products, processes and regulatory updates,
based on performance data and training-need analysis.
- Objection Handling & Pitch Workshops: Conduct hands-on workshops on objection handling, sales pitch structuring, need-based selling and closing — with roleplays, mock calls and live-call feedback.
- Insurer Product Trainings: Coordinate with insurance company partners and align with their training teams to conduct product-specific trainings across all locations. Own the end-to-end scheduling, logistics and coverage tracking for these insurer-led sessions.
- Training Charter & Calendar: Build and publish the training charter and monthly training calendar for the channel — location-wise, cohort-wise and insurer-wise — and ensure disciplined execution against it.
Outcome Ownership: Track training effectiveness through assessments, audits and productivity dashboards; share MIS with channel leadership and course-correct where cohorts lag.
