Position: Trainer – Data Analytics, Data Science & AI

Location: Kochi / Kottayam

Experience: 1–3 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic trainer with solid skills in Data Analytics and Data Visualisation, along with working knowledge of Data Science and AI.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for training and mentoring, and the willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with emerging tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver IPSR training programmes in Data Analytics, Data Visualisation, Data Science and related areas.
- Conduct practical sessions using real-world datasets, dashboards, reports and business use cases.
- Train students in tools and technologies such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python and relevant data visualisation platforms.
- Introduce appropriate concepts and applications of Data Science, Machine Learning and AI as part of the learning journey.
- Prepare and regularly update training materials, assignments, assessments and practical projects.
- Mentor students in analytics projects and help them develop industry-relevant skills.
- Work closely with IPSR's AI and development teams for knowledge transfer, bringing real-world industry practices and project exposure into student training.




- Stay updated on emerging analytics, visualisation and AI tools and incorporate relevant developments into training.
- Support workshops and training programmes conducted at colleges and partner institutions.
- Travel to colleges and other IPSR locations on a need basis.

Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of Data Analytics and Data Visualisation.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of Python for Data Analytics.
- Understanding of statistics, data interpretation and dashboard development.
- Basic understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning and Generative AI.
- Excellent communication, presentation and classroom engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring and continuous learning.

Eligibility
- B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. / relevant postgraduate or graduate qualification preferred.
- Candidates from other disciplines with strong Data Analytics and Data Visualisation skills may also be considered.
- 1–3 years of relevant training, academic or industry experience preferred.
