Role Objective:
Build and lead a structured training ecosystem that drives operational consistency, guest experience, and leadership capability across multiple restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy onboarding and certification pathways (FOH & BOH)
- Lead service excellence training programs
- Drive leadership development for restaurant managers
- Support current restaurant openings with structured training plans
- Measure training effectiveness through performance and guest metrics
Ideal Profile:
- 35 years of multi-unit restaurant training experience
- Strong facilitation and on-floor coaching capability
- Experience in structured L&D; frameworks and certification models
- Ability to partner closely with operations teams
