Trainer – Location: Bangalore Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹27,000/- per month Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred Travel: Willingness to travel to project/site locations, including weekends when required Key ResponsibilitiesConduct training sessions for employees on company processes, products, and job roles. Prepare and deliver engaging training materials and presentations. Assess employee understanding and training effectiveness.
Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees. Coordinate with HR and department heads to identify training requirements. Maintain training records and provide regular training reports. Travel to different project/site locations as required, including weekends.
Requirements2–3 years of experience in training, L&D;, or a similar role. Positive communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. Willingness to travel as part of the role.
Ability to work on weekends when business requirements demand. Real estate/project experience will be an added advantage.
