Trainer Capability Building

Location: Pune Experience: 2-4 Years

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.

We are looking for a Trainer Capability Building with hands-on experience in software development, RPA/automation, application support, or technical training. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, project-oriented training and mentoring technical resources to become project-ready.

Required Experience & Skills

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in software development, RPA/automation, application support, or technical training.
- Hands-on experience with at least one RPA/automation platform; AutomationEdge experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of automation concepts, APIs, databases, web applications, application integration, and file-based processing.
- Knowledge of SQL/database fundamentals, Excel, data processing, and basic scripting/programming concepts.
- Understanding of SDLC and the automation solution lifecycle.
- Experience in technical training, mentoring, knowledge-sharing, or technical grooming is preferred.
- Ability to understand business requirements and guide trainees in preparing BRDs, SDDs, and solution approaches.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Willingness to learn AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and emerging automation technologies.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities





- Conduct instructor-led and hands-on technical training programs on RPA and automation technologies.
- Design and deliver exercises, assignments, use cases, and project-based learning activities.
- Mentor trainees through hands-on exercises, mini-projects, and technical grooming sessions.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Review and guide trainees on BRDs, SDDs, automation approaches, and solution design.
- Explain business requirements and translate them into logical automation solutions.
- Guide trainees on exception handling, validations, retries, logging, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain training content, demonstrations, exercises, videos, and self-learning resources.
- Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, Business Analysts, and Project/Delivery teams to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Continuously enhance training content based on product updates, project requirements, and learner feedback.
- Support technical demonstrations and partner/client training sessions as required.
