Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs for international processes, focusing on soft skills, process training, and need analysis.

- Conduct training needs assessment (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products/services to effectively train clients/employees.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials and content.

- Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in BPO training or related field.

- Robust knowledge of international processes, including OJT (On-the-job training), TNA (Training Needs Analysis), KRA (Key Result Areas).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
