Job Summary:
The Internship-cum-Employee (Trainee - Talent Management) program offers hands-on experience across core Talent Management functions while providing an opportunity to secure a full-time position based on performance. The trainee will support employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, employee relations activities, HR Documentation, and organizational development programs, while building a strong foundation in Talent Management and HR best practices.
Position: Trainee - Talent Management
Internship Period – 8 Months (With Stipend)
Experience: Fresher (2026 Pass-outs Only)
Work Mode: WFO (5 Days a week)
Work Location: Siruseri, Chennai
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA(HR) / MSW (HR)
- Only 2026 pass-out freshers are eligible to apply.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Good coordination, planning, and organization abilities.
- Basic understanding of Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and PIP.
- Emcee skills are mandatory
- Solid emceeing and public speaking skills are required.
- Ability to coordinate events, Town Hall meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Excellent presentation, stage anchoring, and audience engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail with good documentation skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee engagement initiatives, activities, and wellness programs.
- Assist in coordinating employee events, celebrations, and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate Town Hall Meetings, leadership connect sessions, and internal communication activities.
- Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, review cycles, and documentation.
- Support Performance Management Plan (PIP) tracking and follow-up activities.
- Assist in employee relations by addressing routine HR queries and maintaining positive workplace relationships.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential data with accuracy.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations, and MIS as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Talent Management initiatives and organizational development programs.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned HR projects and administrative tasks
