Job Title: Trainee Recruiter (Internship)

Location: Near Taxi Stand E Block RajajiPuram Lucknow

Work Hours: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Indian Standard Time) (Night Shift)

11:30 to 7:30 PM (Indian Standard Time) Day Shift

Job Details

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Staffing Team.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical/Non Technical roles.

Requirements

· 0-1 Years of proven work experience as Recruiter

· Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles to the candidates





· Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university

· Applicant should have passed Bachelors after 2017

· Open to work in Night Shift/Day Shift

· Positive understanding of computer

· Excellent or average communication skill

· Passion to Learn and Earn

· Preference will we be given to BTech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA

Desired Skills

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
