Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Trainee Design Engineer (Autocad & Solidworks) to manage design and project execution activities for standard and non-standard elevator orders. The role involves coordination with Sales, customers, Production, Procurement, and internal project teams to ensure accurate drawings, timely order processing, and smooth project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate proactively with Sales teams and customers to understand non-standard requirements and technical specifications.
- Verify production drawings to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with manufacturing requirements.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings for non-standard orders as per customer and project specifications.
- Manage order allocation, prioritization, and workflow to ensure efficient and timely order processing.
- Oversee the project requirements to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and smooth execution of orders.
- Coordinate procurement of non-standard materials required for production.
- Ensure proper documentation control and timely release of drawings for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and other internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines,



quality standards, and customer specifications.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Key Skills Required:

- AutoCAD 2D/3D Proficiency required
- Solid Works 3D Strong working knowledge Sheet metal & Part modeling required
- Experience in handling non-standard/customized engineering projects will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team
- Good problem-solving and time management abilities

Qualification & Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automobile Engineering
- Experience: Freshers with design proficiency in both software can apply
- 0 3 years in mechanical design (Elevator or Machinery industry preferred)
