Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Trainee role based in Bengaluru. The Trainee will support daily operations such as collecting and verifying job information, assisting in publishing job posts and career resources, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

The role includes researching hiring trends, coordinating with internal teams, and helping respond to candidate inquiries under guidance from senior team members. The Trainee will also contribute to basic data analysis and reporting tasks, follow defined workflows and quality standards,



and participate in training sessions to build domain and process knowledge.

- Candidates should possess basic research and data-handling skills, including comfort with online research, spreadsheets, and documentation.
