Learning & Development Trainee; North Goa
Most training happens by accident, a senior colleague showing a junior one the wrong way to fold a napkin, and it becomes the way it's always done. We want someone who will sit in the room and notice that, then build something better before it calcifies into habit.
That is the job. Everything else is paperwork.
The role
You will shadow service across our outlets during real sittings, not staged ones, watching how standards hold up when the floor is full and patience is thin. You will help build training material, from onboarding decks to skill checklists, and then watch whether anyone actually uses them once the doors open. You will sit in on briefings, note what gets missed, and learn to say the correcting word to a server mid-shift without embarrassing them in front of a guest.
Over time, you will run pieces of training yourself, under supervision, until supervision is no longer the point.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources or a related field, recently completed or in final year
Some exposure to F&B; or guest-facing service, through internships, part-time work or prior employment
Genuine interest in why people learn skills well or badly, not just an interest in hospitality itself
Comfort with feedback, giving it, receiving it, and rewriting a document for the third time when the second draft still isn't right
Prior experience in Goa or the Middle East is a plus, not a requirement
