About the Job

We are hiring freshers for an established MNC located at Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad. Candidates from ITI, Diploma, B.E. and B.Tech backgrounds are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day production and operational activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
- Support the production/engineering team in assigned activities.
- Learn and operate relevant tools, equipment and machinery as per training.
- Maintain quality standards during work.
- Assist seniors and supervisors in achieving daily production targets.
- Maintain proper discipline and housekeeping at the workplace.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures and instructions.
- Maintain basic records and documentation related to assigned work.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth completion of assigned activities.

Eligibility
- Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech
- Experience: Freshers only




- Candidates from relevant technical/engineering backgrounds can apply.
- Positive learning attitude and willingness to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Salary package includes applicable PF and bonus, as mentioned in the advertisement.
