We are looking for motivated and committed CA Articles to join our team and gain practical exposure across various areas of Chartered Accountancy, including Audit, Taxation, GST, Accounting, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Audit & Assurance
- Assist in statutory, internal and tax audits.
- Vouching and verification of books of accounts and supporting documents.
- Preparation of audit working papers and schedules.
- Perform analytical review and reconciliation of financial information.
- Assist in drafting audit observations and reports.
2. Direct Taxation
- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.
- Assist in Tax Audit assignments and preparation of Form 3CD.
- TDS compliance, reconciliation and return filing.
- Assist in income-tax notices and related submissions.
- Basic research on Income Tax Act, Rules and applicable provisions.
3. GST & Indirect Taxation
- Preparation and filing of GST returns.
- GST reconciliation, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B.
- Assist in GST audits and assessments.
- Support in preparation of replies to GST notices.
- Assist with GST registration and other GST compliances.
4. Accounting & Compliance
- Preparation and review of books of accounts.
- Bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Assistance in preparation of financial statements.
- Support in ROC/MCA and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in preparation of MIS and management reports.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Income Tax and GST.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
Educational Qualification
- CA Intermediate / CA Foundation qualified or eligible for CA Articleship, as applicable.
- Candidates who have completed the required eligibility formalities for articleship will be preferred.
