We are seeking motivated MBA students or recent MBA graduates to join our Customer Success Growth team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with an IT/product background who want to build a career in client success, business development and CRM operations.

You will learn to

- Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
- Deliver impactful presentations and support negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle CRM tools for lead management and operational activities.
- Contribute to pipeline creation, documentation and strategy planning.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA final-year students or recent MBA pass-outs
- Minimum 65% throughout academics (10th, 12th, Graduation, and MBA)
- Solid communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced IT/product environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt

Skills & Technical Tools

- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint – Advanced)
- Salesforce CRM, LeadSquared CRM, Insightly CRM
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, ZoomInfo for lead generation
- Strong knowledge of online research tools and prospecting databases
- Familiarity with email automation tools and collaboration platforms (Slack, MS Teams, Google Workspace)
