- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews with the hiring team.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.
Requirement:
- Graduate, human resources, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
