Job Summary: NTT DATA Business Solutions India is looking for enthusiastic and Certified SAP SuccessFactors freshers who are passionate about building a career in HR transformation and cloud consulting. Candidates will undergo structured on-the-job learning and work with experienced consultants across implementation and support projects.
Required Skills:
- SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in any module (EC / PMGM / Recruiting / LMS / Onboarding preferred)
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and documentation practices
- Strong learning mindset and willingness to adapt
Preferred Skills:
- Internship exposure in HR or SAP domain
- Basic understanding of cloud applications and HR systems
Experience: 0-1 Year Certified Freshers SAP SuccessFactors Associate Consultant
