Job Overview:

We are seeking qualified and experienced IP Law Attorneys to join our team as Associates. offering candidates the opportunity to work independently, contribute meaningfully, and grow professionally within the firm.

- Experience in Intellectual Property Rights, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and other commercial arrangements.
- Experienced in IP, trademark filing, and portfolio management for clients ,
- Providing opinion as to registrability of Trademarks, preparing and filing Applications for registration, replying to the Examination Report and attending hearing

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting searches and preparing, drafting, and filing applications for trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
- Managing prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, rectifications, and assignments related to IP rights.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including assignment deeds and other IP-related formats.
- Representing clients before IP offices, statutory bodies, and in court proceedings, when necessary.




- Providing legal opinions and advisory services related to IP law and business laws.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- LL.B. (2-year or 3-year course) with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
- Proven expertise in trademark searches, filings, oppositions, and prosecution.
- Prior experience in a reputed IP law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong drafting skills and familiarity with IP litigation procedures.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume workload.
- Proficient in legal research tools and common computer applications.

Additional Information:

- Salary: 2 to .5 LPA (commensurate with experience)
