Track Manager - OKTA, CyberArk PAM

Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading and optimizing the operational management of Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) solutions and CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms in complex, large-scale environments. The individual drives continuous improvement, ensures high-quality service delivery in alignment with client SLAs, and empowers teams through expert guidance and process innovation to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee IDaaS operations by leveraging OKTA to manage user lifecycle, authentication policies, and access provisioning, ensuring secure and efficient identity management for enterprise clients.
2. Lead CyberArk PAM operations by configuring and maintaining Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM modules, enabling robust privileged account security and compliance.
3. Implement and optimize operational processes using advanced IDaaS and PAM tools to streamline management reporting, incident resolution, and SLA adherence.
4. Mentor and guide technical teams in the deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of OKTA and CyberArk solutions, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Analyze and address complex client requirements by designing and delivering tailored identity and access management solutions using OKTA and CyberArk platforms.
6. Drive innovation in operational practices by identifying and implementing process enhancements, automation opportunities, and security best practices within the support landscape.
7. Ensure transparent and effective communication of operational goals, technical updates, and incident resolutions within the team to maintain alignment and high performance.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Technical Expertise In Cyberark Pam, Including Vault, Pvwa, Cpm, And Psm Modules For Privileged Access Management And Monitoring.
2. Advanced Proficiency In Troubleshooting, Incident Management, And Root Cause Analysis For Identity And Access Management Platforms.
3. Strong Leadership And Mentoring Skills For Guiding Teams In Operational Best Practices And Technical Upskilling.
4. InDepth Understanding Of Security Compliance, Audit Requirements, And Access Governance In LargeScale Environments.
5. Excellent Communication Skills For Articulating Technical Issues And Solutions Within The Team And To Stakeholders.

Other Requirements
