Job Summary

Network & Cloud Security Engineer ob Summary\r\nWe are seeking a skilled Network & Cloud Security Engineer with strong expertise in firewall technologies and cloud security platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting network and cloud security solutions to ensure secure and reliable access to enterprise applications and services.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nFirewall Management\r\n• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise firewall solutions.\r\n• Implement and maintain security policies, NAT rules, ACLs, VPNs, and network segmentation.\r\n• Monitor firewall logs and security events to identify and respond to security incidents.\r\n• Perform firewall rule reviews, optimization, and compliance audits.\r\n• Support change management activities related to network security infrastructure.\r\nCloud Security\r\n• Implement and maintain security controls across cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\r\n• Configure cloud-native security services, network security groups, security policies, and access controls.\r\n• Support cloud security assessments, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives.\r\n• Implement Zero Trust security principles and secure access architectures.\r\n• Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure secure cloud deployments.\r\nSecurity Operations\r\n• Investigate and resolve security incidents related to network and cloud environments.\r\n• Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.\r\n• Maintain security documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.\r\n• Ensure adherence to organizational security standards and best practices.\r\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\r\nTechnical Skills\r\n• Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS,



DHCP, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.\r\n• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Fortinet FortiGate, or Check Point.\r\n• Knowledge of cloud security in Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.\r\n• Understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and modern security architectures.\r\n• Experience with network security monitoring and troubleshooting tools.\r\n• Familiarity with SIEM, DLP, IAM, vulnerability management, and endpoint security solutions.\r\n• Understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and risk management.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\n• Preferred Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.\r\n• Industry certifications such as: \r\no Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)\r\no AWS Security Specialty\r\no Palo Alto PCNSE\r\no Fortinet NSE Certifications\r\no CISSP\r\no CCNP Security\r\nSoft Skills\r\n• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\r\n• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\r\n• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.\r\n• Robust documentation and process improvement mindset.\r\nExperience\r\n• 8+ years of experience in Network Security, Cloud Security, or Cyber Security roles.\r\n• Proven experience managing enterprise firewall infrastructure.\r\n• Experience supporting and securing cloud environments.\r\n• Experience with security incident response and operational security practices.\r\nKeywords: Firewall Security, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, Check Point, Azure, AWS, GCP, Cloud Security, Zero Trust, SASE, Network Security, VPN, Cyber Security, SIEM, IAM, Vulnerability Management.\r\n
