About the Team:

As a member of the Analytics, Reporting, and Collaborations (ARC) Team, you will have the unique opportunity to assess the performance of social media properties across various platforms. This includes analyzing content effectiveness, narrative patterns, content formats, audience sentiment, and the broader impact on public perception—using a combination of both quantitative and qualitative insights.

What Would This Role Entail?

- Social Media Performance Analysis: Monitor organic and paid performance across core platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube). Track metrics like reach/views, engagement depth, sentiment, and social listening trends to evaluate overall campaign impact.
- Strategy Optimisation: Provide data-backed recommendations to optimise posting schedules, content formats, campaign hooks, and messaging across social channels.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, performance and audience behaviour to spot content gaps and growth opportunities.




- AI-Assisted Workflow: Utilise generative AI tools to accelerate data analysis, streamline audience research, analyse sentiment, and support content ideation.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for management, as required, summarising key findings and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner directly with design, analytics, content, and campaign teams to feed performance insights back into upcoming creative briefs and business goals.

Necessary Qualifications/Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Political Science or a related discipline.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient with platform-native tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, X Analytics) along with web/dashboard tools like Supermetrics or Brightdata.
- Presentation Skills: Proven ability to build clean, organised slide decks and written reports using Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
- AI Fluency: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to assist with data analysis, research, trend identification and ideation.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High standard for data accuracy, precise formatting, and error-free reporting.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and take ownership of recurring reporting cycles alongside ad-hoc analysis requests in a fast-paced workplace.
