Job Summary

- Handle TPA and insurance-related processes, including cashless and reimbursement claims.

- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, patients, and hospital departments.

- Manage pre-authorisation, approvals, query resolution, and final claim submission.

- Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of claims.

- Follow up on pending approvals, deductions, and settlements.

- Maintain accurate records of TPA cases and claim status.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.

- 1–2 years of experience in a hospital TPA/insurance department.

- Good knowledge of TPA claim and cashless processes.

- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.

- Ability to work efficiently in a hospital environment.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
