Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Big Data) - Citi Bank

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with robust expertise in Big Data, Data Engineering, and Banking/Financial Services domains, preferably with exposure to Citi Bank or other global financial institutions. The candidate will lead large-scale data transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end delivery of data platforms and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Big Data and Data Engineering projects from initiation to production deployment.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and infrastructure teams across global locations.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Oversee development and implementation of enterprise-scale data platforms.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulatory standards, data governance, security, and audit requirements.
- Track project progress through KPIs, status reports, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to define project roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Support vendor management and offshore-onsite coordination.
