- Lead all toolroom activities including mould repair and modification.
- Ensure mould availability for uninterrupted production.
- Plan maintenance schedules based on production needs.
- Manage All activity of Outsourced moulds.
- Plan & guide SPM team for daily, breakdown and PM work.
- Control tooling inventory and spare parts.
- Implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs.
- Monitor mould performance and reduce downtime.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of mould failures.
- Knowledge of MSIL mould maintenance system & Maintenance 2.0 System
- Manage mould refurbishment and lifecycle improvement activities.
- Maintain mould maintenance records and documentation.
