Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI Solutions Engineer to join our Tools & Automation Portfolio. The role focuses on designing and developing intelligent automation solutions to support infrastructure monitoring and observability tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, emerging AI agentic frameworks, and LLM infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop quick AI-driven solutions to enhance infrastructure monitoring and operations.
- Build and deploy AI agents to automate workflows across tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, BMC Helix, GitLab, SCOM, and Atlassian suite.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise monitoring tools for intelligent alerting, root cause analysis, and remediation.
- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure teams to automate repetitive operational tasks.
- Develop scripts and automation frameworks using Python to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Experiment and implement agentic AI development approaches for self-healing systems.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI-based automation solutions.

Required Skillset





- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Knowledge of AI agentic development frameworks.
- Understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure and development.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating enterprise tools.
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools and observability platforms.

Experience

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in automation, AI development, or infrastructure tooling.

- Basic understanding of cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering basics, RAG architecture, embeddings and semantic search
- Vector DB & Vector Stores, LangChain basics, ReAct Agent with LangChain, RAG Agent workflow, document chunking, retrieval, MCP servers and grounding concepts
