Position: TML Operator

Location: Ludhiana Punjab – TATA Steel Plant

Company: Plastochem India Pvt. Ltd.

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 Years

Qualification: 8th Pass / ITI / Technical Background Candidates

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepare site for machine operation.
- Obtain permit from site incharge and attend joint TBT.
- Inspect tyre condition, diesel level, and hydraulic oil level.
- Check ripper teeth and other accessories mounting conditions.
- Conduct a full machine inspection from all sides.
- Enter driver cabin, start display, and monitor all systems.
- Operate the machine smoothly and efficiently.
- Before stopping, rotate boom downward for 15–20 seconds (360°).
- After stopping, check hydraulic oil, diesel, coolant, and machine condition.




- Follow strict safety rules, wear PPE, and report hazards to supervisors.
- Ensure permit closure after job completion and report issues to next shift.
- Maintain daily logbook and submit reports to supervisor and maintenance team
- Skills Required
- Knowledge of TML machine operation
- Basic mechanical understanding
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues
- Familiarity with steel plant safety protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
