Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily machine operations at our site in TATA Steel Ltd.Ludhiana ,Punjab The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring machine health, maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety protocols, and leading a team to achieve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Machine Health Monitoring: Regularly inspect and maintain TML machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Production Tracking: Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures to achieve targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, guide,



and motivate operators and workers to maintain discipline, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly address operational challenges, breakdowns, or manpower concerns to avoid delays.
- Cross-Department Communication: Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and management teams to align operations with organizational goals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications in all production processes.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, PPE usage, and statutory compliance to maintain a safe environment.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, machine performance, and incidents for management review.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
