Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FP&A; Consultant with 10-15 years of overall experience in Enterprise Performance Management, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EPM Planning, implementation lifecycle management, business process design, and stakeholder engagement.

The candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning implementations, drive solution architecture, collaborate with finance and business teams, and deliver scalable planning and forecasting solutions that support enterprise-wide financial decision-making.





Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A;, and business stakeholders.
- Design and implement Oracle EPM Planning solutions for:
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Long-Range Planning
- Workforce Planning
- Capital Planning
- Project Financial Planning

- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
- Define planning models, business rules, data forms, dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
