We are conducting a Walk-In recruitment drive at our office premises, and are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Title Specialist/ Sr. Title Specialist

Experience: 4-10 Years

Brief Job Summary: Search and examine public records to determine marketability and remedies needed to cure title defects. Perform Title clearance and curative work. Review Title commitments, identify defects, liens. Candidates with experience in Title Insurance policy preparation, and Disbursements related tasks are encouraged to apply.

2. Operations Associate/Sr. Operations Associate (for Underwriting, Processing & Closing roles)

Experience:

3-10 Years

Brief Job Summary:

• Underwriting/Processing Roles: Review, process, and underwrite residential mortgage loan applications to ensure compliance with agency, investor, and company guidelines.



This role requires expertise in borrower qualification, income analysis, credit evaluation, asset verification, collateral review, and risk assessment while maintaining high service levels, loan quality, and regulatory compliance.

The individual will work closely with Account Executives, Closers, Title Companies and Appraisers to facilitate timely and accurate loan decisions.

• Closing Role: Role requires managing Closing process for U.S. residential loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Closing Disclosures, validating loan documents, coordinating with title companies and settlement agents, and ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities align with documented mortgage closing procedures and Closing Disclosure preparation processes.

Working Conditions:

Work from Office (mandatory)

Open to work US hours

Versatile to work on weekends as required

Ability to work extended shifts as required
