- Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop Affiliate activities
- Identify and coordinate with TikTok creators, affiliates & influencers
- Handle affiliate onboarding, creator outreach & product promotions
- Monitor sales, orders, commissions and campaign performance
- Analyze affiliate performance data and identify growth opportunities
- Support campaign execution and improve product visibility & conversions
- Stay updated with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing & creator-commerce trends
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights
- Work closely with the Paid Social team and develop knowledge of Paid Social activation

✅ 1–3 years of relevant experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing,
✅ Experience with creator/affiliate onboarding and campaigns
✅ Strong analytical & reporting skills
✅ Positive communication and coordination skills
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote setup
✅ Willingness to learn Paid Social

- TikTok Ads Manager / Paid Social exposure
- Experience with other affiliate or creator-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of GMV, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA & commissions
- Experience with US/UK or international ecommerce markets
