- Operate Tiara jewellery software for daily entries and updates.
- Handle Gold & Silver jewellery data and transactions.
- Manage stock, inward/outward, issue/receive and job-work entries.
- Maintain party-wise and item-wise records.
- Update production and jewellery movement at different stages.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, Accounts and QC departments.
- Maintain accurate computer records and reports.
- Ensure timely and error-free data entry for all jewellery-related activities.
Required:
- Experience with Tiara software preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Jewellery industry experience preferred.
- Positive accuracy and attention to detail.
