Role The Therapy Coordinator will work closely with the Centre Head and therapists to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the therapy programme.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate daily therapy schedules and appointments.

•⁠ ⁠Assist therapists during developmental and therapy activities.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate communication between therapists and parents.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain child records, attendance and session documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in preparing therapy materials and activity plans.

•⁠ ⁠Support group activities and early-intervention programmes.

•⁠ ⁠Follow up on therapy plans and progress reports.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate visiting specialists.

•⁠ ⁠Assist the Centre Head in daily administration of the therapy programme.

•⁠ ⁠Help maintain a child-friendly, protected and organised therapy environment.

Candidate Profile

•⁠ ⁠3–5 years of relevant experience in a child-development, therapy, special-education or rehabilitation setting.





•⁠ ⁠Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Special Education, Psychology, Speech Therapy, Child Development or a related field preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with children is essential.

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Patient, empathetic and child-friendly approach.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

•⁠ ⁠Good documentation and organisational skills.

•⁠ ⁠Bengali/Hindi/English communication ability preferred.

Advantage

Candidates who have experience across more than one area of child development—such as OT, sensory activities, behaviour intervention, special education or remedial education—will be preferred.
