Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, along with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree.

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed middle/secondary school. Freshers with exceptional subject expertise and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

- Solid command of the subject matter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy (familiarity with smartboards and virtual/hybrid classroom tools).
- Patient, empathetic, and strong classroom management ability.

- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Design and execute clear, comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and board guidelines.
- Student Assessment: Create quizzes, tests, and projects; grade assignments; and track continuous student progress and attendance.




- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, respectful, and encouraging atmosphere that promotes active learning and positive behavior.
- Parent Communication: Conduct regular updates and meetings with parents regarding student development, behavior, and academic milestones.
- Extracurricular Involvement: Assist in organizing school events, co-curricular activities, and subject-based competitions.
- Professional Growth: Attend faculty meetings, training workshops, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
