Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Textile / Floor Manager to manage day-to-day floor operations, coordinate with staff, assist customers, and ensure smooth functioning of the textile showroom.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the textile industry and be comfortable appearing in product videos, promotional videos, Instagram Reels, and other social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily showroom/floor operations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Have good knowledge of textiles, fabrics, designs, trends, and product categories.
- Handle customer enquiries and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
- Monitor product display, stock arrangement, and overall floor presentation.
- Coordinate with the management regarding sales, stock, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Ensure the showroom/floor is maintained in an organized and attractive manner.
- Support promotional activities and new product launches.
- Participate in video presentations and promotional content.
- Create and/or appear in Instagram Reels, product videos, and social media content.




- Present textile products confidently in front of the camera and explain their features, quality, usage, and styling.
- Work closely with the marketing/social media team to create engaging content.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the textile/garment/retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of textile products and fabrics.
- Previous experience in floor/showroom management or team supervision is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest and confidence in video presentation and Reel creation is mandatory.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking confidently.
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media content.
- Leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate We are particularly interested in candidates who:
- Have strong textile industry experience.
- Can confidently present products on camera.
- Enjoy creating Reels and short-form videos.
- Have previous experience with Instagram Reels, product videos, or promotional content.
- Can combine sales/floor management skills with creativity and presentation ability.

Salary ₹20000 to30000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
