Role Summary

Responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and verification of charger PCBAs and assemblies. Should have a good understanding of electronic and power electronic components and be able to identify faults, perform basic repairs, and support quality and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform testing and troubleshooting of PCBAs and charger assemblies.
- Identify faulty components and support repair/rework activities.
- Conduct voltage, continuity, resistance, and functional checks using test equipment.
- Perform firmware flashing and verification as per work instructions.
- Record test results, failure observations, and repair details.
- Support analysis of production and field-return failures.

Required Skills

- Valuable understanding of electronic and power electronic components such as SMPS, DC-DC Converters, MOSFETs,



IGBTs, Relays, AC Contactors, DC Contactors, Fuses, MOVs, Capacitors, Diodes, Sensors, and Connectors.
- Ability to identify common component and assembly-level failures.
- Hands-on experience with Digital Multimeter (DMM), Power Supply, and test setups.
- Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical circuits and PCB assemblies.
- Knowledge of soldering/de-soldering and component replacement.
- Ability to read basic schematics, test procedures, and work instructions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic reporting/documentation.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Electronics/ with relevant experience.
- Experience in electronics testing, repair, manufacturing preferred.
