Technical Skills

- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving:

o Break down complex software features into smaller components o Identify potential areas where things might go wrong

- Attention to Detail:

o Ability to identify minor inconsistencies o Ability to decipher small differences within a business requirements document to create test cases for all variables o Ability to check your work and the work of your peers for quality and consistency

- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):

o Ability to understand the development life cycle o Ability to follow a designated plan and adhere to deadlines to ensure all deliverables are completed on time

- Testing Methodologies:

o Ability to follow the prescribed testing methodologies

- Microsoft 365:

o Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of applications- required o Knowledge of SharePoint- (nice to have)

- Test Management Tools: (nice to have)

o Knowledge of test management tools help manage and track test cases, defects,





and overall testing progress. Being familiar with these can improve efficiency.
