Core Skills Required: Flexcube, Finacle, T24, TCS Bancs, Core Banking expertise

Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Core Banking modules - like Flexcube, Finacle, T24, TCS BaNcs. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Function paths and a deep understanding of core banking modules in their current or recent projects within the last 6 years.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze functional requirements from BRD documentation.
- Prepare and review test scenarios, test plans, and execution.
- Conduct manual and automated test execution.
- Log and track defects to closure, managing defect workflows.
- Manage stakeholder communications and handle a team effectively.




- Ability and willingness to travel; strong client-facing and communication skills.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in Flexcube, Finacle, T24, TCS Bancs, and Core Banking systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Retail Banking and Corporate Banking modules.
- Solid skills in designing and reviewing test scenarios, cases, and execution processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to document issues, generate reports, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to identify and drive issues through to resolution.
- Adaptable and responsive to client needs.
- Professional certifications are an added advantage.
