- Experience: 12 years
Leads the automation strategy and framework architecture for an engagement spanning both Playwright and TOSCA. Owns tool-fit decisions, technical governance across both toolchains, and mentors the wider delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the initial assessment: application landscape review, environment access, and confirming which applications are browser-based versus legacy/non-browser
- Own the overall automation architecture and framework design across TOSCA and Playwright
- Define the reusable component strategy page objects, API clients, data providers, TOSCA modules
- Review scripts and test assets across both toolchains for quality and maintainability
- Guide the Senior Engineers on complex scenarios and technical escalations
- Own the CI/CD integration strategy and execution reporting design
- Represent the technical approach to client/stakeholder teams
Required Skills
- 10+ years in test automation/QA engineering, with hands-on architecture experience
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one of TOSCA or Playwright, and working knowledge of the other
- Experience automating both browser-based and non-browser/legacy applications
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, source control and test reporting frameworks
- Experience with ERP-integrated or other enterprise applications is a plus
- Robust stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills
