Key Responsibilities

- Engage with stakeholders from project inception to understand business objectives, processes, and product requirements.

- Analyze and review product specifications, business requirements, and change requests for individual retail insurance projects.

- Work on new product launches, rider implementations, minor product modifications, and regulatory updates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve queries.

- Review test scenarios and test artifacts to ensure comprehensive coverage of business requirements.

- Identify additional or negative test scenarios and provide recommendations to the testing team.

- Track development and testing progress using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

- Provide support during User Acceptance Testing by clarifying requirements, analyzing issues, and coordinating with relevant teams.

- You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

- Your role will involve significant collaboration with business, product, development, and testing teams to clarify requirements and resolve any queries that arise.

- You will ensure that our testing processes meet industry standards and support the launch of new products and regulatory updates within the life insurance domain.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years experience in testing within the life insurance domain, particularly with retail individual insurance products.

- Proven experience with testing tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

- Solid analytical skills to review and interpret business requirements and specifications.

- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

- Proficiency in handling QA teams and ensuring adherence to testing standards and practices.

- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members.

- Experience in managing the testing lifecycle and obtaining UAT approval and stakeholder sign-off.
