Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead CLM to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in test planning, defining test execution strategies, coordinating with business users and testing teams, and ensuring successful completion of UAT within project timelines. The role requires excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills to drive quality deliverables across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Prepare comprehensive test plans, test approach, and UAT execution strategy.

- Define the overall testing scope, timelines, entry and exit criteria.

- Coordinate and support business users and testers throughout the UAT lifecycle.

- Monitor daily testing progress and ensure timely completion of planned activities.

- Track defects, prioritize issues, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.

- Facilitate defect triage meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Address tester queries, remove blockers, and ensure smooth execution during UAT.

- Review test scenarios, test cases, and execution results for completeness and quality.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and Project Managers.

- Prepare daily and weekly test status reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.

- Ensure testing deliverables meet project quality standards and timelines.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.





- Support production validation and post-deployment verification activities.

- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

Basic Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.

- Proven experience leading UAT and functional testing activities.

- Strong experience in test planning, estimation, and execution management.

- Experience coordinating multiple testers and business stakeholders.

- Excellent defect management and test reporting skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other test management tools.

- ISTQB/ISEB certification is preferred.

- Experience in enterprise application testing and UAT management.

- Familiarity with release management and deployment validation.

- Solid commitment to quality, continuous learning, and process improvement.
