- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and project goals. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
