Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Automation

- Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks from scratch
- Develop automated test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing
- Create and maintain test scripts for web applications, APIs, and mobile platforms
- Establish testing standards and best practices across development teams

Quality Assurance & Testing
- Execute manual testing for complex user workflows and edge cases
- Perform API testing, database testing, and system integration validation
- Conduct performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

Development Collaboration

- Work closely with developers to understand requirements and system architecture
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability aspects
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation
- Collaborate on test-driven development practices and quality gates

Process Improvement

- Analyze testing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency
- Research and evaluate new testing tools and technologies
- Mentor team members on testing methodologies and automation techniques
- Contribute to quality metrics reporting and analysis

Required Qualifications





- 2-3 years of experience in software testing and test automation
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Proven experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, etc.)
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies

Core Skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Strong debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and cooperative development workflows

Technical Knowledge

- Proficiency in SQL for database testing and data validation
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and testing in cloud environments
- Background in SaaS or event management technology solutions
- Understanding of security testing principles and practices
