- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of automation strategies to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build technical expertise and promote best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing goals with overall project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong experience in designing and executing automated test scripts and frameworks.
