Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

1. Drive sales growth from existing and new customers.
2. Identify and convert potential business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Engage in robust touring and travel extensively within designated areas.

Lead Generation & Market Expansion:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industry. 2) Generate quality leads for new product lines.
2. Expand the customer base by adding new organizations.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

CRM Activity & Compliance:

1. Ensure timely logging of phone calls and emails in the CRM system. 2) Maintain accurate customer records and sales progress updates.

Marketing & Target Achievement:

1. Execute marketing strategies and drive brand awareness.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product positioning.

New Business Development

Identify and create leads for new projects and potential customers. 2) Develop and implement creative strategies to improve sales and market penetration.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in industrial sales (preferably industrial products).
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competition.
- Willingness to travel extensively (15-20 days per month).

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong interest in technical marketing and field engineering

Basic knowledge of pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and industrial systems is a plus Good communication skills and willingness to learn
