Role & responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory
- Plan and execute daily PJT (Permanent Journey Plan / Route Plan) for maximum market coverage and outlet reach
- Manage existing distributor/dealer networks and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Appoint current distributors, dealers, or wholesalers to cover unrepresented pockets and dry zones.
- 15 years of proven field sales experience in FMCG,sales
