The Territory Manager – Sales (Projects) will be responsible for expanding NEDS' footprint in the Jodhpur region by securing and managing large‑scale government, private and institutional projects. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, market insight, and strong relationship‑building skills to deliver end‑to‑end solutions in the electrical and digital systems space.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new project opportunities in government, private and institutional sectors within the Jodhpur region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals aligned with NEDS product portfolio.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement and delivery teams to ensure project execution.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas for the territory.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
- Represent NEDS at industry events, seminars and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or Science (B.Sc) – preferably Electrical/Electronics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B project sales, preferably in electrical, digital or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of winning government and institutional contracts.
- Strong understanding of Indoasian market dynamics and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the Jodhpur territory and occasional national trips.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven with robust analytical abilities.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
